Horizontal & Vertical knives
Straight Cut and Diagonal Cut knives to suit plain edge packs.
Zig Zag Knives
To create a serrated edge pack for easier multi-point opening of the packaging.
We can create full length zig zags or a knife which is only part zig zagged.
These knives are available in various tooth pitches
(OEM Standard or bespoke)
Notch Knives
These knives either have a ‘V’ or ‘I’ Notch placed in a position of your choice to create a single opening point on the pack.
Anvils
We recommend anvils should be replaced at the same time as the knives to ensue efficient cutting as the anvil is one of the most important part of cutting efficiency. We ask wherever possible for the centre sizes of the machine (I.E. The distance between the shafts) so we can calculate the optimum radius for the anvil.
Toothforms
We manaufacture a range of vertical, box motion knives. Although, these are not our mainstream product we can supply either from our own production or pass you onto a trusted supplier

Heights of 23.7mm and 23.8mm
Widths of 3mm and 4mm
Cutting angle of 30 degrees and 60 degrees
